For general enquiries about the Nucleolar Protein Database, contact Anthony Leung ().
The entire database is also available in FASTA format upon request.

The nucleolar proteomics project is a collaboration between the laboratories of Professor Angus Lamond in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Dundee (Dundee, Scotland) and Professor Matthias Mann at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (Munich, Germany) and the Center for Experimental Bioinformatics (Odense, Denmark).

For more information about the nucleolus and nuclear organization in general, visit the Lamond Lab website. For more information about mass spectrometry and the SILAC method, visit the Center for Experimental Bioinformatics (CEBI) website.
